Pipe Trades industry showcases workforce, policy issues at Arizona State Capitol

March 2, 2010 – PHOENIX The Arizona Pipe Trades Local 469 will take center stage at the Arizona State Capitol this week, holding its Second Lunch on the Capitol Lawn 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 4. Local 469 – a TCLG client – will have its leadership, journeymen, retirees and apprentices in attendance to share with members of the legislature and the general public the importance of the pipe trades in Arizona’s economy, as well as policy issues that effect working families. Torres Consulting selected for western region Ironworker outreach initiative

Jan. 19, 2010 – PHOENIX Torres Consulting & Law Group, LLC (TCLG) was awarded a contract to conduct a multi-state outreach and strategic communication initiative for the District Council of Ironworkers, California and Western Region. Through this initiative, TCLG will develop and execute targeted public- and government-relations plans to support eight ironworker unions’ business development and public awareness activities in the western United States.
